Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance. Delivery time may vary depending on product specifications, customization requirements, order volume, and shipping location.
Customers will receive shipping and tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Return requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and components
- The item shows no signs of installation damage, misuse, or modification
- Proof of purchase or invoice is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order LED wall systems
- Installed or mounted LED panels
- Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
- Clearance or special discount items
- Software, controllers, or configured system components
- Products returned without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos and videos of the damage
- Clear images of packaging and product condition
Our support team will review the case and may offer replacement parts, repair, or product exchange depending on the situation.
Return Approval Process
Returns are not accepted without prior approval.
Steps:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Describe the reason for return
- Provide required photos or documentation
- Wait for written return authorization
- Ship the product only after approval
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage
- Products must be securely packed to prevent transit damage
- We recommend insured and trackable shipping
American LED Wall is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
Inspection and Refunds
After we receive the returned item, our technical team will inspect it. Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
If the returned product does not meet eligibility conditions, it may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production or customization begins. Once manufacturing or configuration starts, cancellation may not be possible.
